What this website collects today, and how candidate data is intended to be handled once the product exists.
DraftThis is a pre-launch draft written by the team, not reviewed by counsel. It will be replaced before the product is generally available. If you are relying on it for a procurement decision, ask us first.

What this site collects
Nothing is transmitted from this website. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on any page.
The theme switch stores one value in your browser's local storage so the page does not flash the wrong background on your next visit. It is not sent anywhere and it identifies nothing.
The early-access and contact forms validate what you type in the browser and then stop there. The store behind them is not built, so no submission is received, recorded, or emailed. Each form says so at the point of submission.

Server logs
This site is served by a hosting provider that records ordinary request logs, including IP address and user agent. We do not add to those logs and do not use them to build a profile of you.

Candidate data in the product
The product is in development. The handling model it is being built to is documented in the data-handling page of the docs: candidate documents are processed to produce assessments for the team that received the application, are not used to train models, and are not shared between customers.
AI provider keys and service credentials are held server-side and are never exposed to a browser.

What is not decided yet
Sub-processors, retention periods, data residency, the data processing agreement, and the process for candidate access and erasure requests are not finalised. They will be published in full before anyone is asked to put real candidate data into YoHe.

Reaching us
We do not publish a contact address yet, because there is no inbox behind it. When the early-access queue is live, this section will name the address that receives privacy requests and the time we commit to answering in.
