Data handling

This page describes the intended handling model. Full data processing documentation, including sub-processors and retention periods, will be published before general availability.

Processing

Candidate documents are processed to produce assessments for the hiring team that received the application. They are not used to train models, and are not shared with other customers.

The AI provider and model version used to produce an assessment are recorded with that assessment.

Access

Candidate records are scoped to the organisation that received the application. Access within an organisation is controlled by role, and reads of a candidate record are logged.

Credentials

AI provider keys and service credentials are held server-side and are never exposed to the browser.
