Introduction

What YoHe is, what stage it is at, and what these docs currently cover.

YoHe is an applicant tracking system built around a single idea: every statement the system makes about a candidate should be traceable to something that candidate actually wrote.

YoHe is in development. These pages describe the system as designed and are updated as it is built. Where behaviour is not yet final, it says so.

The shape of the product

A job is defined as a set of weighted, checkable requirements. Applications arrive into a single inbox. Each application is assessed against the requirements in force at the time, producing findings with quoted evidence. A person reads the findings and makes a decision, which is written to an audit log along with the state of the assessment at that moment.

What these docs cover

  • How an assessment is produced and what its parts mean.
  • The guardrails built into the product and why each one exists.
  • How candidate data is handled during processing.

API reference, deployment, and administration documentation will be published as those surfaces are built.
